Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program offered by Ayutthaya Fund. By submitting an enrolment or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a completed enrolment form and making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these terms.

3. Program Description and Availability

Ayutthaya Fund offers financial education programs delivered online for adults aged 40 and older. Programs are described on our website and in enrolment correspondence. We reserve the right to adjust session timing, materials, and format where necessary for educational quality. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance.

Programs are available to participants in Thailand and internationally, subject to any restrictions that may apply. Program delivery is in English.

4. Payment Terms

Program fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrolment, denominated in Thai Baht (THB). Payment in full is required to confirm enrolment. We accept bank transfer and major payment cards. Your enrolment is not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged by us.

Fees are inclusive of all program materials, live session access, and recordings. No additional charges apply after enrolment unless you elect an optional service (such as additional mentor sessions, if available).

5. Deferral and Refund Policy

Deferral

If you are unable to attend the intake you enrolled in, you may request a deferral to the next available intake of the same program within twelve months of your original start date. Deferral requests must be made in writing to [email protected] at least five working days before the program commences.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is as follows:

If Ayutthaya Fund cancels a program intake for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or, at their election, deferral to the next intake.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants during live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or from the program without refund where their conduct materially disrupts the learning experience of others or violates reasonable professional standards of conduct.

Recording of live sessions by participants is not permitted without prior written consent from Ayutthaya Fund.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including written content, slides, recordings, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Ayutthaya Fund. On enrolment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for your own learning purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share program materials in any form without our prior written consent. This restriction applies during and after program participation.

8. Not Financial or Legal Advice

Ayutthaya Fund programs are educational in nature. They provide frameworks, information, and analytical tools to support your own decision-making. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

We strongly encourage participants to consult qualified professionals โ€” including property solicitors, financial advisers, and tax consultants โ€” before making significant financial or legal decisions. Nothing in our programs should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or retain any specific property or financial instrument.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Ayutthaya Fund's liability in connection with any program is limited to the amount paid by you for that program.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, program materials โ€” including any financial loss arising from decisions made after participation in a program.

10. Confidentiality in Sessions

Personal financial situations shared by participants during live sessions are disclosed in a context of mutual trust. While we cannot bind third-party participants contractually to confidentiality, we encourage all participants to treat what is shared in sessions with appropriate discretion. Ayutthaya Fund team members treat all participant disclosures as confidential.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a program. If you choose to withdraw after the program has commenced, refund terms in Section 5 apply. If Ayutthaya Fund terminates your participation for conduct reasons as described in Section 6, no refund will be provided. On termination, your licence to access program materials ceases.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through informal communication between the parties.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. If you are already enrolled in a program, material changes will be communicated to you directly. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
